Raj Soin is the founder and Chairman of Corbus, LLC. His visionary leadership has guided Corbus’ growth since its inception, differentiating Corbus from its competitors to make it responsible for delivering full client support and sustainable earnings growth. He has founded and been linked to many successful public and private businesses, including Modern Technologies Corporation and Soin International, LLC.
Mr. Soin actively contributes to numerous deserving organizations. His generosity and dedication to leadership and education include The Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, the Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio and the Sukhdev Raj Soin Hospital in India.
Mr. Soin graduated from Delhi University in India with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He received a master's degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University.
Vishal Soin is the Chief Executive Officer of Corbus, LLC and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Soin has over 20 years of relevant industry experience and extensive experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them market leaders within their industries. Mr. Soin also serves as the CEO of CTC Plastic Inc. Mr. Soin previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Consultants, Inc. (ICI) and as a Board Member for Integrated Information Technologies Corporation.
In addition to his professional engagements, Mr. Soin served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Wright State University and as immediate-past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dayton Children’s Medical Center. He also serves as an active board member of the Dayton Regional Signature Fund (DRSF). Mr. Soin previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Dayton Partnership, and the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. He also served on the Board as Secretary of the Asian Indian American Business Group of Dayton (AIABG). He served on the Board of Trustees for the Education and Public Interest (EPI) Foundation, a 501C3 Foundation of the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Soin earned a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana. He is also a graduate of the Young Executives Institute (YEI) at the Kenan-Flager School of Business at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Mr. D’Aloia is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Corbus, LLC. He is a seasoned executive with a diverse business background with over 25 years of experience in leading global consumer product and services for retail organizations. His experience base encompasses new-product/service category development, effective brand marketing, new customer acquisition, and supply chain management. Additionally, Mr. D’Aloia possesses comprehensive experience in lean manufacturing, Far East sourcing, successful brand/ licensing partnerships and extensive merger and acquisition executions.
Mr. D’Aloia, is a hands-on leader, with a proven track record of partnering with and operating teams to develop and execute successful strategic growth plans across a diverse range of product and service solution companies serving multiple B2B and B2C customer platforms. Among his accomplishments, are the successful revitalizations and growth of global marquee brands supported by valuable client partnerships.
Mr. D’ Aloia is a graduate of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Colgate University, Hamilton, New York. In addition, he has completed several executive development programs in strategic implementation and international business at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
Chris Collins is the Chief Financial Officer of Corbus, LLC. Mr. Collins has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and general management. He is a results-driven leader with a passion for leading high-quality teams through team development, mentoring, and open communication.
Prior to joining Corbus, Mr. Collins served in several financial leadership positions at Lexis Nexis and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. His most recent position, before joining Corbus, was the Director of Business Management – Global Business Insight Solutions at Lexis Nexis.
Mr. Collins is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. While at Miami University, he received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Mr. Collins is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Ohio. In addition, Mr. Collins has completed executive development courses at both Wharton Executive Education and Babson Executive Education as well as holding a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Apurva Khanna is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Corbus, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing marketing endeavors, sales personnel, strategy development, and client interactions. He is an active and engaging individual with a true passion for sales and marketing.
Mr. Khanna has been with the company for over 10 years across various functions including sales and operations. Mr. Khanna has an extensive amount of experience managing and selling programs in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods (CPG), IT, software development, investment management, industrial manufacturing, and banking. Prior to joining Corbus, Mr. Khanna was a supply chain consultant with Oracle.
Mr. Khanna obtained a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Mumbai University in Mumbai, India. He completed his MBA through the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
Patrick Sepate is the Vice President of Business Process Management for Corbus, LLC. Mr. Sepate has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and information technology consulting. His expertise and valuable insight has provided direct consultation assistance to numerous commercial, governmental, and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Sepate is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. While at The University of Cincinnati, he obtained two technical undergraduate degrees and a master’s in business administration specifically associated with marketing. In addition to his numerous degrees, he is also a certified project management professional.
Unni Vasudev is the Vice President of Supply Chain Management for Corbus, LLC. Mr. Vasudev has more than 20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, outsourcing, spend management, business process consulting, and category management.
Mr. Vasudev is an expert in regards to Supply Chain Management. His extensive background in sourcing includes numerous categories and commodities such as fabrication, plastics, machining, IT hardware/software, and maintenance repair operations. Mr. Vasudev comes with cross-industry experience across aerospace, consumer packaged goods, telecommunication, pharmacy, and discrete manufacturing. He is also highly experienced in a multitude of sourcing and procurement platforms including Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Sciquest, Ramco, MS GP, MS Ax, and LASTA.
Mr. Vasudev is a graduate of Pondicherry University, Pondicherry, India. He received his master’s degree in business administration. Mr. Vasudev also holds a post graduate diploma in supply chain management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. He is certified by the Institute for Supply Management as a purchasing manager and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He is also a lifetime member of the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
Jay Eisenmenger is the Vice President of Supply Chain Outsourcing for Corbus, LLC. With over 30 years of experience in purchasing and manufacturing, Mr. Eisenmenger is responsible for Corbus’ procurement and delivery business. Through his vast supply chain management expertise, he directs teams that procure and deliver parts from the U.S. and global sources. Mr. Eisenmenger also provides on-site procurement expertise to our clients throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Corbus, Mr. Eisenmenger worked in GE Aviation’s sourcing organization. During his tenure with GE Aviation, he held various positions that continually increased in responsibility and leadership.
Mr. Eisenmenger is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky. While attending Northern Kentucky University, he received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and also as a Certified Purchasing Manager.
Brian Walling is the Senior Director of Global IT Services and Infrastructure for Corbus, LLC. With over 20 years of experience within the information technology (IT) industry, Mr. Walling is responsible for overseeing Corbus’ IT and infrastructure resources globally.
Prior to joining Corbus, Mr. Walling held a variety of positions throughout his tenure with The Berry Company, LLC (which was once an AT&T subsidiary and has recently been re-named Vivial). While working at The Berry Company, he served as a corporate trainer, project manager, and IT manager.
Mr. Walling received his business management training from Wright State University. Additionally, he is a Dell certified professional with expertise in server configuration. Other areas of expertise include account implementation, integration management, process improvement, and automation solutions.
